Welcome to our modern, comfortable, newly furnished, bright and spacious apartment with a magnificent panoramic view of the Hegau mountains. You can expect a bright, spacious 3rd room apartment with fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with two single beds 90/200 and a smaller one with two single beds 90/200, a bright bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bathroom: toilet paper, 2 bath towels, liquid soap, hairdryer, illuminated mirror (towel service change of towels once per 1 week stay)

Bedroom: comforter, iron and ironing board

Living and dining: Cutlery, 1 flat screen TV, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine + coffee beans, teas, kettle, tea towels included.

Laundry room: The washing machine and tumble dryer can be used free of charge

Our area is very versatile, you can explore the nature and landscape by car, on foot, by bike or by motorcycle. Lake Constance, natural spas, swimming pools and small bathing lakes are nearby. Golf courses and riding facilities are approx. 4 km away and Switzerland is only a few kilometers away. The apartment is not suitable for smokers.
